Each layout is reviewed against the Director of Town and Country Planning requirements before it is listed. Approval status is shown as a stated fact on every plot.

Projects are presented with their RERA registration details so buyers can confirm the approval they are relying on. We do not describe any plot as approved beyond what is documented.
